Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

TNPSCGuru offers a Premium annual subscription at ₹99/year. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

After 7 days from the purchase date, refunds will not be issued as the subscription and all premium content remain accessible for the full duration of the plan.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing login credentials, abusive use).
  • Purchases made during a promotional offer, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
  • Partial refunds for unused days of the subscription period are not provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of your purchase:

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

TNPSCGuru Premium is a one-time annual payment — there is no auto-renewal. Your subscription simply expires after one year. You do not need to cancel anything to avoid being charged again.

6. Payment Failures

If your payment failed but your account was charged, please email us with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will investigate and either activate your Premium account or process a refund within 48 hours.
